China Snowed In?

Go read Thomas Time. Sounds like things are pretty bad out there. It’s interesting to see the difference between the New York Times article which has a very detached reporting tone, with plenty of quotes from the central government trying to play the PR game (badly?) with foreign reporters. When you go and find people on the ground writing about it, I think you get a better perspective of what’s really going on. Case and point? It’s bad enough where KFC is rationing their french fries.
