U.S. Senate Roll Call Votes 110th Congress - 2nd Session
Statement of Purpose: To strike the provisions providing immunity from civil liability to electronic communication service providers for certain assistance provided to the Government.

Of interest, is the population of Senators who only cast a “present” vote. Senator Clinton and Senator Graham where the only Senators who sat on the sidelines and allowed telecom immunity to pass. Simply put, no Senator deserves to be Commander in Chief when they stand by and allow such a travesty to occur.

I have little else to comment on. Thanks Senator Clinton for doing absolutely nothing to stop illegal surveillance of those who put you in that seat, so that you can sit there and just vote “present” rather than taking a firm stand (in either direction) and voting, which is one of only a few tasks that you are burdened with by your constituents.
