Pacbell Spam

Got a spam message from the following IP:

adsl-69-236-54-178.dsl.irvnca.pacbell.net [69.236.54.178]

It appears that Pacbell network operators are derelict in their duty to report their residential IP addresses to the policy blocklist. Then again, another baby bell is finally blocking port 25 from their residential IP addresses. I think AT&T and other Baby Bell network operators need to get a clue.
